Turn Around Time:

Items marked ‘Ready to ship’ are pre-made and have a turn around time of 2-3 business days.

Items marked ‘made to order - last call’ are not made but fabric is in house and will be made in the order they were placed. Turn around time is 5-7 business days.

Items marked ‘made to order’ are not made and there is a small chance fabric is not in house. For this reason turn around time is 4-6 weeks but most likely will ship much sooner than that. 

Turn around time may be longer if your order was placed during a drop or other scheduled event that increases order volume. 

Shipping:

Once we ship your items, Tiny Hiney is no longer responsible for your order.

Route shipping insurance is the only coverage we offer. If Route is de-selected from checkout, we can not ensure you will receive any compensation from USPS or UPS. 

If you believe your package is lost, contact your local post office. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on USPS.com.

If you order in stock and preorder items in the same order, you will not receive your in stock items until we ship your preorder items. We will not separate them, so purchase them separate if you don’t want to wait for your in stock items.
