Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product, Tiny Hiney does not accept returns.
If you have received a broken or defective product, please contact Tiny Hiney at email@example.com within 30 days. Please provide a picture and describe what is wrong with the product, as well as your order number. Everything is hand made so there will be slight variations to all products. Once approved, you will be refunded to the payment method you made the purchase from. Refunds are based on a case-by-case basis.
Tiny Hiney will not reimburse you for shipping or tax, you will only be refunded the price of the original item at the price that was sold to you, before taxes.
Tiny Hiney does not accept cancellations. Once you have made a purchase, you can not cancel your order. This applies to both in stock and preorder purchases.
